Payment

Transportation and delivery

According to the provision of article 4 par. 10 of law 2251/1994 concerning distance contracts, the above right of withdrawal can be exercised by the user / customer with a statement to the Company, unjustified, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product concerned. For its part, the user / customer must return the product in question to the Company, intact, in its original packaging, at the expense of return costs. Any returns are accepted by the Company only for products that are returned intact, in their original condition, together with the retail sales receipt and without having their original packaging damaged. Return costs are borne by the sender and are charged 5 euros.

Return products
Attention, any return must be made within 14 days from the initial receipt of the product.

In case of product return for replacement, the Company assumes the shipping costs of the replaced product.

Warranty
The products of les amis are checked repeatedly and specifically before the shipment of each order, in order to avoid as much as possible the shipment of a defective product. A product with a material defect, which is delivered to a user / customer of the online store and this defect is not due to the fault of the user / customer is replaced with another identical one. The above replacement obligation does not exist if the damage to the Company's product was caused by non-compliance with its instructions for use, due to poor maintenance, or it is normal wear and tear from the use of the product. In these cases the Company bears absolutely no responsibility for damage caused by the use of the product in question.
